Our company is looking for a Ticket Clerk Supervisor for our Head Quarter in Richmond Hill Ontario.
This position is responsible for :
·Co-ordinating, assigning and reviewing work of ticketing staff
·Supervising team to maintain high level performance
·Establishing work schedules to achieve daily operational needs
·Ensuring team efficiency
·Attending to special needs or emergency when applicable
The ideal candidate will have qualifications as below :
·2-3 years experience in client service and Traveling Ticketing
·College,CEGEP or other nonuniversity certificate or diploma from a program of 1 to 2 years and ideally in Hospitality & Tourism or related fields
·Strong knowledge in Asia-Pacific areas
·Self motivated, results-driven and highly professional
·Problem solving and critical thinking skills
·Understanding of travel industry in the Asian market preferred
·Fluent Mandarin/Cantonese preferred
·Ability to type in Chinese preferred
Language required: English and Chinese
Job Status: Full Time and Permanent
